Ignitra License Agreement

1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Ignitra software boilerplate ("Software") provided by Ahmed Alaa ("Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for the following purposes:

• Create unlimited projects for personal or commercial use
• Modify and customize the Software for your own applications
• Deploy applications built with the Software to any hosting provider
• Share the code with members of your immediate development team (Pro and Enterprise tiers only)

3. Restrictions

The Licensee MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Ignitra Software as a standalone product, boilerplate, starter kit, or template — whether modified or unmodified
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the Software or any rights granted under this Agreement to any third party
• Publish the Software's source code in any public repository (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) or make it publicly accessible in any form
• Create derivative works intended for resale as a boilerplate, starter kit, or template product that competes with Ignitra
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software
• Use the Software to develop a competing boilerplate or starter kit product
• Claim ownership of the original Software code

4. What You CAN Do

To be clear, the Licensee MAY:

• Use the Software to build and sell SaaS products, apps, and services
• Modify any part of the code for your own projects
• Deploy unlimited applications built with the Software
• Use the Software for client projects (you build apps for clients using Ignitra as your foundation)
• Keep and use the Software indefinitely (lifetime license)

5. Intellectual Property

The Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Ignitra Software. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights in the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.

6. Enforcement

If the Licensor discovers that the Licensee has violated any of the restrictions in Section 3, the Licensor reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate the license
• Revoke access to the Software repository and all future updates
• Pursue legal remedies for damages

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

9. Refunds

All purchases of the Software are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase and access to the repository has been granted.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
